Free Delivery Information 

We offer fast and free delivery on all of our orders of printer cartridges, ribbons and label supplies over $200. In rare cases this may not be possible due to remote/rural location etc, if this is the case we will contact you directly to discuss. Please note that free delivery only applies to a standard delivery option and does not apply to Express options. If your order is urgent then please call us on 08 7080 5511 to allow us to make alternate arrangements for you (freight costs will be discussed at the time of call).

Printer deliveries

Due to the size of some printers it is impossible for us to deliver free of charge. This is because some freight companies will only handle up to a maximum of 22kg. Once we ship an item larger than this, OH&S restrictions dictate that this is considered a two person lift and if necessary may need a forklift available at the point of unload, alternatively without a forklift these deliveries may require the use of a truck with a tailgate. 

You will see on large printer listings that we have the option to contact us directly for a freight quote, this is so we can discuss your needs and options and ensure we are getting the best price possible and the best solution to suit you.

How long does the delivery take?

We understand that when you place an order online you expect a speedy delivery, so we have partnered with some of the best freight companies in the business. You can check the status of your delivery at any time by signing into your online account. 

We aim to deliver as fast as possible to everyone, but sometimes there are delays, if this is the case we will give you a courtesy call and try and work out the best solution.

If your order is urgent please call us on 08 7080 5511 to let us know. This way we can work together to ensure you get your order ASAP!

Do I need to be home to accept the delivery?

Wherever possible we suggest having someone available to receive the delivery.

If this isn't possible you can leave us clear shipping instructions on our secure checkout page when placing your order. If the courier attempts to deliver and instructions haven't been left, then a card will be left asking you to contact them so they can arrange a time to redeliver to you. This can lead to further delays with your order which we understand can be upsetting and frustrating. If the item was delivered by Australia Post they will leave a card and then request you to collect the item from your local post office or mail collection point.

Can I pick up my order?

Unfortunately Maxitech do not currently have the facilities to allow this however, special allowances can be made in particular circumstances.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards, including: Visa and Mastercard, we also accept payments through Paypal and bank deposit (EFT). All payment options are available through our fully secured web site. All credit card payments incur a 2% processing fee. 

Please note we DO NOT accept AMERICAN EXPRESS.

Is your website secure?

We have secured our web site using the latest 256 bit SSL (secure socket layers) security features, which means that all data, either viewed or entered on any of our pages, has been encrypted before it has been transferred. You will know the page is secure when you see the padlock icon on your browser or alternatively anytime the web site address begins with https://.

Will I receive a tax invoice with my order?

Yes, you will receive an invoice via email once the order is shipped. Our website will generate a receipt once your order has been placed. A full record of your orders is always available in your online account. 

What if I ordered the wrong item(s)?
